Seeking full time highly motivated individuals for our Outbound Telesales team! You should have excellent verbal communication, organization, people skills; a professional and positive demeanor while being a team player. Ideal candidate will be driven and have the ability to close the sale! Internet usage and search engine usage knowledge a plus!

Individuals with prior experience in telesales, collections, custom service or a call center environment are encouraged to apply!

General Description

The Sales Specialist will place outbound calls to potential customers. They will also call on leads from our existing customer base.

Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with customers via telephone, and email to describe products and/or services in order to persuade potential and current customers to purchase new products and/or services.

  • Educates customers on product offerings and services to improve their "on-line presence" and explains pricing and answers questions from customers building value in the customer relationship.

  • Follows up with customer via telephone or email following initial sales contact.

  • Identifies customer issues and provides appropriate solutions via up sell of additional products and or services and obtains customer commitment and facilitates delivery of product.

  • Places a minimum of 130 outbound calls each day

  • Consistently meets departmental sales goals

  • Continued product education to better service customer calls

  • Maintains accurate daily record of sales

Skills/Requirements:

  • One or more years experience of Telesales in a high volume fast, paced environment

  • Strong customer service and telesales skills

  • Experienced with Web Based Applications and Windows

  • Good organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a high-volume, fast paced environment

  • Ability to manage sensitive and critical client information

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Problem solving and decision making skills

  • Superior closing skills

Hours
Monday - Friday 9:00 am – 5:00pm (paid lunch, paid breaks - NO WEEKENDS!)

Salary is:
$12/hour
Always scheduled for 40 hours - plus commission structure!

This position is a full time, non-exempt position.
